About 30 minutes. We learn how each other works and decide if we want to work together. If not, we part as friends. If so, you hear what the diagnostic costs, and that a project, if there is one, is a separate charge quoted later. No surprises.

I interview you about how the work actually runs, look at the files behind a recent job, and find the one thing costing you the most time. You get a short written answer, in plain language, that you keep either way. Sometimes it's a project I build for you. Sometimes it's something you can do yourself this week. Sometimes it's not yet.

One project at a time, priced in writing before you commit. It might be software that turns what you already produce into the finished report and invoice, a workspace that organizes how you run the business, or a tool you already pay for set up properly around how you work. No time limit, and full support while it's built.
